If the county is anything similar to Cuyahoga county in Ohio you should check the IRS judgments and notice the account numbers on the liens look suspiciously like social security numbers. Gee wizz, SSN, Name and Address, what more could a theif ask for. If the world were perfect a class action lawsuit would make the IRS get their act together and stop hosing their debtors.
