I just can't believe that folks are doing full searched for these low fees. Frankly I think you are being taken to the "wood shed". Stop already! I would be happy to tell you what the Title & Closing Companies are charging for your work, nothing remotely close to $85.00! How the hell can you even make a living, never mind run a business?

Just my two cents, but if it were me, I'd be finding a new line of work. (Which I may have to do yet!)
