Dear Robert and Lisa:  I don't know how to figure how it is for each abstractor in their own business and counties but the bottom line ist that we pay what we want to pay, plenty of folks happily work for us and those who don't want to don't have to, and actually don't.  It's as simple as that.  I don't quite understand what the bickering is about, as that's the way it is in the American free enterprise system and if you don't like it, it's unfortunate you can't move to Russia any more, to get the kind of system you like. The fact is the kind of system you like is non-existent, even there, because IT DOESN'T WORK!  Meanwhile we'll continue operating as we are.
