Great response Robert, but I don't think they will ever quite "get it."  It's like a mental block in their heads.  We have tried and tried again to explain what you just did.  Angels must take care of our office for free - updating software, buying supplies, typing forms, getting forms copied, filing, account receivables, etc., taking calls from clients, getting pricing out to new potential clients.  In Dallas county we have stood in line for over an hour just for our copies. 

BTW - in every case I had a company that I supposively didn't have to invoice, I was shorted every time and had to go back for copy costs etc.
