Wow, I just sent back their vendor packet.  After reading all the poor feedback on them, I wonder now if I did the right thing????????? 
I have a number of other national firms that require 8 hour turnaround, on fulls and currents, I just charge HIGH for the fulls with that kind of turnaround.
