Yes, we do pay 25.00 for Present Owner Search. I can do them in about 15 minutes, sometimes longer. But averaging about $75.00 dollars an hour is a fair wage. I don't recall any posting on the discussion board about us. There was however an email discussion being sent around to a few people that I feel was quite villifing and unwarranted. We have paid up to $4000.00 for Cell Tower searches and commercial searches, as most of them cannot be fit into an 'average' price. Any abstractors wishing to work for us can call and get a long list of very happy independent abstractors from us if you need more references. Patty
