I agree Loretta - when I went to sign up as a notary for them, I was simply amazed at what they wanted to pay, especially with gas prices the way they are - I'm mean traveling as a notary obviously each stop is only one closing.  I personally do not think it is worth doing closings for 50.00 - it made me laugh - but I have found a couple more "big" companies that are offering that.  I guess it would be okay for some without real estate law experience or any real kind of experience but I won't do it for that.
