I kicked them way over the curb over a year ago. A local abstractor is doing their current owner searches for $35-$40 and they wanted me to do the same (of course they would only use me when their "primary" abstractor was on vacation).
No way!!
They are poor payers, even if they do pay on time. Forget that.
They only pay $50 in my area for their signings and they are a title company, go figure.
