They DO pay on time.  They are pleasant to deal with.  However, they are one of the companies that consistantly wants more than a current owner for a current owner fee.  Additionally, you must use their form or enter the information into their online database.  After two searches, we politely declined further work because they were not willing to pay enough to compensate me for the hoop-jumping.
