It's very nice to see good people in this industry not waiver in the face bullyism. My family has been in Title Insurance for three generations and we never concerned about being the biggest, just being the best. My family name is long known in Florida and Ohio for having maintained the duty to our clients and having the highest ethics and standards in the industry. (Harvey D. Booth) was my grandfather if any of you from Florida recall the name. A growing trend in this industry is to try and squeeze every penny from every deal, take shortcuts and sidestep policy and law. These large companies will reap what they sow when they try and dictate to the rest of us, how much quality work is worth. The good examiners will gracefully decline the business and they will be left with the bottom of the barrel. 662mil in claims a year or two ago in the industry? Just wait a few years and we will hit 1 bil. My respect goes out to you in the industry keeping your standards and not allowing large companies to "pimp" your service.

George
