Sure!! I completely agree. We all quote service levels and turn around times to our clients;  abstractors to their title companies and the title companies to their lenders, brokers or banks. You will find TCFS (title company) adds money to fees on a regular basis for rush service and will NEVER ask you to lower a price. We will however, truthfully, tell you if someone in the area is faster or offers a better price for the service we need. Then, if an abstractor is too busy, we will find another who can fulfill the order. We pay for what the product is worth, and it is worth a lot to us, as are each of our vendors individually and in a corporate environment. This is something everyone should know by now if you have read any of my posts in the forum.
