Well they are thinking of using just the last four digits of a social security number on docs but then again they are starting to just ask for the last 4 digits when identifying yourself where you hold accounts - go figure.  Also, if they start not having socials at all on judgments or fed/state liens then we will have to pick them all up and the title company will have to have the individual sign an Affidavit stating they are or are not their liens.  They are  filed all the time with closings and some of my companies will not give me a social security number now so that is what I have to do - produce everything that is remotely similar.
