It is refreshing to see that Jim is at least responding to some of these issues.  We would not have gotten so hot ourselves had we been given some communication.  I think that when ever there is a crisis that the solution should be more communication not less.  I can understand clients not paying and I can work with that, I do however, have a problem with no communication at all. 

I would like to resolve this and am very open to some communication - the ball in in CRS's court.
