I don't know why you would think that just because I host Source of Title I have any more control over my prices than anyone else.  I have the same pricing pressures from clients and competition that everyone else faces.  Like it or not, there is a lot of competition out there willing to do searches for less. 

I have certainly not undercut anyone's prices.  I am offended by your comments: "Again, we need to take control and it starts by the leaders (ie, like owners of SOT) to just set a price for his business that includes profit - like it or not.  It is the same as people undercutting.  If someone started to go up, we all would."  Trying to talk those who are already priced at the top of the scale isn't going to do any good - it's the people setting the bottom of the pricing scale that need to raise their prices. 

If you don't feel you are charging enough, you need to raise your prices.  What I charge 2,000 miles away isn't going to make a bit of difference in Texas.
