Thanks for the information!  Seems to me this particular client has incorported all their fees in several lines, it looks like they are giving their client a flat fee. In this case I really think the borrower is getting a pretty good deal, however the fees are not disclosed properly.

BTW, Steve from VA, I just realized the article I sent you was on Bundled Services and not AfBA's. Still sort of the same context I guess! Sorry about that.
