This is the tip of the iceberg. An associate of mine reported an extremely serious RESPA violation, he was told, "give us all the evidence and support you can and we will investigate." RESPA has no teeth, and until then, title insurance companies will dictate terms, not HUD or RESPA or any Dept. of Insurance. The Foxes are watching the hen house. Look at SB on Preditory lending in Ohio that just got kicked back to joint committee. Lobbyist dictate laws, not people and anyone that thinks differently will just never get it.
