Hi, this is certainly a post that most of you will not like and to be honest, I don't like it much either, but it is the truth and we all need to wake up and see it. We are all apalled and delusioned and ask ourselves why the outsourcing of services we as Americans can provide, is so rapidly taking place in the mortgage industry today. Now, 85% of this is logistic and for financial reasons but I guarantee you one contributor is the overall attitude many American providers have towards this industry today. I know as a title company owner that I do not want teammates who do not particularly like the industry and I certainly believe you feel the same way for your own companies and ventures. That being said, take a look at all of the animosity in this forum alone, and then multiply that by 1,000,000 to reach the industry as a whole. You don't think this affects the industry in a negative way? Do you think overseas has the same viewpoint? No, they are just happy to be able to provide bread, water and a roof over their loved ones heads. Sure, you may believe that you are doing the industry good but in truth, you aren't. I strongly believe unity needs to happen fast and certainly suggest NALTEA is a great way to do it (and I have nothing to do with NALTEA whatsoever). Not only for the good of you individually but for the industry as a whole. Also, I WOULD NEVER OUTSOURCE A SERVICE OVERSEAS!!! Best of luck to you all.
