It may be difficult to get someone to let their underwriting manual out of their office and copying it would be a daunting task.  My underwriting manual is in a couple of very large 3 ring binders and divided into many section - I would not want to start taking it apart.

However, if you have a specific underwriting question I would encourage you to post it.  You may get several different answers depending on the location of the respondent.  We all may learn something from the experience.

Alternatively, you may be able to find the information publicly available online.  Try a Google search for "{a specific underwriter} underwriting manual."
