I usually reply to these special requests with special fees for special requests. Sometimes it is worth it to them and sometimes not. A special number isn't really a problem, so long as they put that number on the order. Special forms are more problematical. I once had a client send an eleven page report they expected us to use. It didn't have more information than our standard form, just more pages.I told them I would be happy to fill out their form but their would be an extra charge of $10 per page. They took a look at our form and decided our consise form was the better value.
