I got several quotes locally for E&O and finally took the advice of other abstractors on SOT and called State Farm.  Almost HALF the cost of the other quotes I got.  My agent didn't know that they even sold it, and had to make a couple of phone calls but he found the right person in their home office.  The quote took about 10 days to get back from their HO, but the wait was worth it!
