The last time I heard, SOURCE OF TITLE FORUM was to talk or discuss TITLE ABSTRACTING.  Not other subjects which do not pertain to TITLE ABSTRACTING.

That is my opinion. 

Now, in regards of those who are taking orders from Title Company with less pay.  Shame on you.

We work with  200 clients. 18 companies are paying us 90 -120 days late, we have dropped these companies, since our time is valuable and I am tired of wasting my staff time to collect pay for work we have done.

We are a company, and we need to be respected. Just the way our clients wants us to respect their TAT.

Just want to express my opinion.
