Very good Vikki! I have been receiving memos from title companies
I have not done work for in at least 2 years stating they are not
happy with missed liens, mtgs, etc. And that it will result in a reduced fee
or amount of business sent. Their not sending me their work anyway.
I guess I am just still in their systems or something, good to know their getting what they pay for.
