It really is a shame,  I'm glad to here you didn't give into them. We get several phone calls a weeks asking us to do work at below low prices, we simply tell them no!

I actually had a client call me last week and tell me, they wanted to increase our fee, that's right increase our fee.  I was shocked. Now I already charge a pretty decent rate, but they were so happy with the service they receive they thought we should get a premium. I happily obliged them!  I have to say  this is a client who actually cuts a check to us at closing and actually  puts the correct fee on the 1100 lines of the HUD-1. It is nice to see a client that actually values our services.

I would rather have three client like this, than 10 of the price choppers, who want everything for nothing.

The approach of providing timely, quality services and keeping communications open, seems to being working well for us. Standing behind our service committment and providing a good product has allowed our business to excel.

Stop lowering your prices, and start building good business relationships!

Regards,

Robert
