Oh yes, there is nothing like sitting across the table from a Realtor whilst they explain to the buyer that an Owner's Policy of Title Insurance is a waste of money because we issued one to the lender.  They begrudge us a couple of hundred dollars in premium and walk out with a 6% check. 

Don't get me wrong, there are some excellent Realtors - but they are vastly outnumbered by the part-time hobbyists.  I had one, who in front of the customer at closing, actually said "I don't know what this ALTA EPA Endorsement is, I have never heard of that.  What is that fee for?"
