Oh Robert it is not only the abstractors.  I was told by a man that wanted me to do cell tower searches that I could find all the easements listed in the deeds back - oh my - guess that is why I find 10 more than the next person.  I said I'm sorry I do it the old way - you know when you really search each name and each document.
