John,

We, the industry, see the problem. They, the owner's of the title companies, don't see a problem.

If I were to lets say give you 15 billion dollars and asked in exchange you give me 700 million back, would you do it?

Most smart people would say yes, maybe even hell yes. Well, those are the profit vs loss reports from 3rd quarter 2005 I just gave you for the title insurance industry.

15 billion in profit and 700 million in loss. We need to tackle that hurdle first I think.
