I hear you there. Unfortunately we are all in the same boat. Here in Wisconsin our Commissioner of Insurance hasnt looked at a rate sheet in years. Remember the days of not being able to deviate from the prices set out for us? We strugle to make ends meet while Real Estate companies continue to open their own title companies and force agents to use them... Not to mention the Lenders doing the same. Doesnt seem right does it?
