Are you calling the update the check before you file or an update up to six months after a search?  I'm curious - sometimes people call things differently.  Is what you call a full search - 60 year residential?  I would not do one for only 100.00? Of course, some of my counties have populations of over 1 Million which makes for millions and millions of records to go through.
