Well Robert, you are right - but I say up your prices. I charge more than $25.00 for an update. Actually 20 years ago in Dallas, a current owner search was charged at $75.00 - info from a man who has been in business that long. I am assuming you told this company all of what you told us here. You stood your ground - that is what we can expect from you isn't it?
