It's like the Oscar Wilde quote that I'm so fond of:

"No good deed goes unpunished."

The average person engages in a real estate transaction about once or twice every ten to twenty years.  We deal with this sort of thing every day as part of our jobs!!  It amazes me that the general public truly believes that this is something they can do themselves by paying $19.95 for a set of fill-in-the-blanks forms.

I'm thinking about marketing that Do-It-Yourself Root Canal Kit next week.
