David:
I tried all of your links and find I am accessing the pubic information sites that all or most of the counties now have running, it is limited to the assessments, taxes and GIS or mapping sections or departments  of the local or county governments- none have access to the land records. All of the counties you reference have "subscription" only land records sites that are not included in the Google searches- you just can't find the secure sites they are running on unless you subscribe. I have to say this is what I have been told by each of these county clerks, I have requested more info regarding these same counties from the "Red Vision" site  as they are listed as "under development" and also requested info from them as to the title plant they would be using to provide back title for the full searches they say they will provide , for a fee also. Let me also say  that I subscribe to these county sites and pay the fees required to access them, each document is available to me on a page by page basis or a complete document basis, depending on the respective county, but I have never been able to "bulk" copy anything from any of the counties you refer to.I put out about $5000 per year to access the 4 counties I presently do and would hate to find out from any of them or you or Red Vision that they have been giving the same thing away, no matter in what form.
I still think that reform of the online systems is a more productive process rather than abandoning the entire process to revert to the way it was before when one had to walk into the record rooms to access the same information.
I recognize you have more information about these free access sites than I might, please send me some direct links that would dis-prove the clerks assertion that they are not available to the public other than by subscription.
Thanks for your assistance in this ongoing discussion.
Steve
