Good idea.  Since you are familiar with this type of plan, would you please continue with your research and send your model to info@naltea.info  with the structure, how it works and what the fees would be.  After you join Naltea you could be an addition to the benefits committee to help finalize that plan.  We need the help of member volunteers to get done everything everyone is asking for.  There are so few willing to volunteer their time with what they are asking for.  With the work spread around to more people, more of it can get done quickly.
