I live in Texas - but where in the world is Castorville - never heard of it.  I have made up flyers to put on cars at the courthouse warning of the online records and there is a petition for them to sign on the internet.  You can use this petition site free of charge and make your own.  My flyer reads "Failure to Read this, Just Might Cost You!  The flyer briefly states that when immediately when they leave the courthouse their appearance there is posted on the internet (not good if you are being stalked) and all the information about when you will return is there.  That all sensitive docs, etc are on there....you get the gist of it.  The petition is at www.thepetitionsite.com/takeaction/634521972 and David Bloys is the first to sign - lol.  I haven't had time to do much flyer delivery since working heavily on the DART projects and my other clients.  I also put David's site as a reference that they can go and look at more stories about the identity crisis.  Perhaps you could do something like this where you live.
