I am not sure if he was in Tennessee Scott. I would wager that he probably was there.  I do know that he worked all over the country (including the south) on dams. I have some papers from my mothers things I will check to see if there is anything about what dams he worked on. I do know for sure that he worked on most of the ones in the west.
