Hi Robert,

Understand your position, but just wanted to clarify something. In terms of the union price for a title search, it is not necessarily a price imposed on the membership by the union, and the union determining what the abstractors will charge. Rather, it is a matter of the membership establishing a market price for their services, and having their union make it so.

I understand the remaining problems that you cite. Wish you the best of luck with Naltea.
