No, not yet. But we are working on it. There have been such cases filed all across the country though.AK, PA, OH, NY, and NJ spring to mind. I believe local abstractors and title companies could initiate these suits by letting the citizens know.
Additionally, local political candidates are winning elections based on taking a position against putting the records online. Here in Lubbock County, Kelly Pinion came out of nowhere to win the primary by a two to one margin against a seasoned politician. She is unopposed for the general election. By the way, she is an independent abstractor.
