I already did Jay, they incorporated in September 2005. My issue is that the person who contacted us first new nothing about the company... like how old and when incorporated. Next issue was there is only one fax and phone number which as of last Friday has a generic message... no name.. nadda. The voice for the message is the person who called us. He did not answer any of my questions like who are the owners? Alternate phone numbers... etc. I think you all get the picture.

PLEASE do not misunderstand me... I am NOT saying they owe us money... I am NOT saying they are a bad company. They are probably totally legitimate but if they are they need to get their act together before soliciting abstractors. This website is really the only place we have to ask questions about new/old companies and that is all I am doing right now... asking questions.
