It is still a little early to get my hopes up - but the grapevine says FATCO is NOT happy with the quality of the work they are getting from India - duh??  Setting aside the fact that they have decided to be casaulty insurers - they are finding that to even present the search to an agent or closer they have to re-do it.  If they have a question - or God forbid - one of their agents does - India doesn't speak English very well - duh?

FATCO recently requested a list of Independent searchers for Florida - maybe, maybe my dreams have come true!
