I have a client who sends me a lot of foreclosure work, and in some cases, the borrowers are landlords who own multiple properties which are being foreclosed.
This client actually told me that they only wanted the foreclosure information that pertains to the property in question!! I had to explain that if there is a case or judgment against the owner(s) of the subject property we show it on our report. To do any less is just asking for trouble.
