Wow in Texas they can't deny any filing unless it is not properly signed and notarized - it would be practicing law if they said the legal was incomplete or if it was being filed in the wrong county, etc. As far as unpaid bills, it doesn't matter here. I hope you are getting paid well for recordings there - I would not go to three offices to get a filing done. Here in Texas you could wait a very long time just to file in my bigger counties.
As far as judgments, the same goes here for some of our online counties. The judgments are in written books and UCC personals are in other computers. Some counties have the most recent on the online site but not to cover the entire 10 year statute for judgments. They are going to get bit in the hiney and deserve to be.
