That is the problem... it is very ambiguous as to what the client wants. We don't even do searches like that - we do current owners, 2-owners, 3-owners, 42 year searches, 65 year searches, 100 year searches, etc. All of them include judgments and liens - if they want to disregard them that is completely up to them. We do not offer a'la carte services, i.e. check this, but not this - only check this on the current owner and that on the previous owner, etc.
Clients that send instructions like that are not worth my time.
