Thanks for that, Kurt!  I agree with you...we need to start actually DOING something rather than just gripe constantly.

I'm doing my part at the "grass-roots" level to get the word out about NALTEA to title searchers and abstractors all across southwestern PA.  I urge my fellow members of NALTEA to do the same in their respective coverage areas.

It takes two seconds to hand someone a flyer; it takes a lot longer than that to sit around and gripe about how nothing in this industry ever changes.
