I agree with what most of the others have already stated. If you continue to accept these types of orders, they will certainly continue to send these problem searches to you. We receive these same types of searches and every company has their own set of guidelines to follow. We have continued to handle these searches for our better clients, however, we have tried to discontinue them for others. There is absolutely no money in it and as far as our company goes, we pay our abstractors when the work is completed, whether anything is found or not. That's only right. Our abstractors go out in good faith, performing their jobs just as they should. We pay them whether we ever receive any money from these companies or not. You have to decide with what you can live with and how important this "volume" is to the success of your company and how much capital you have to work with, in order to continue doing so.
