Hey,
I am still here. Now that the primary season is over, I get to go back to being an abstractor. I love politics, but it takes so much of my time.

Anyway, we charge more for commercial searches because of the complexities involved of searching corpoartate entities. We tell our clients in advance that the fee will be based on our hourly fee with a minimum fee of $400.00. If the fee goes over $400.00, we contact the client asap.

Robert and I do agree when there is money involved.
