Hi Steve,

We also upgraded and have had no problems. W use an HP1200 printer (a work horse and the best printer I have ever purchased), ScanSnap scanner(a treasure,) and a Gateway laptop (David has a Toshiba). We have had none of the problems you mention except for inserting a page in a stack with 10.
We also use two other printers occasionally if we want color... one an HP the other a Brother... no problems with them.
