Thanks ,Robert, for that note- fortunately I have worked with this program for many years and no longer actually print or scan much of anything-but have worked around the ease of direct printing through paperport-almost all of my document handling is done within the computer anymore anyway.
Sometimes it is nice to have a hard copy though and the real printer needs to function or the scanner. The tech support is there, just not the way yours works-but then I only pay $100 for the program also.I do get what I pay for, which includes an unspecified number of headaches along with the program !
