Wanda - No one thinks you are wishy, washy or anything else.  My statement was derived from the fact that you stated you wouldn't automatically dismiss any idea - the counterpart, the board member, automatically dimissed the idea without regard to any other board members vote.  I'm not saying that I agree or disagree with anything she stated, just that the thought was dismissed immediately by her where you were open on the subject.  I believe there are many things in which an organization has to determine whether or not it is right for them.
