Thank you Wanda.  You have done exactly what you should do in this situation as the President of NALTEA.  It would be inappropriate for you to voice an opinion on behalf of the organization before all of the facts are presented to the Board and a decision is made.  And you are correct - by indicating your personal opinion, it could be construed that you were speaking for the organization.  I don't look at it as "fence sitting" at all, and from what I know of you I would definitely NOT consider you "wishy/washy".  Keep up the good work.

Ellen, please do not be discouraged.  You are to be applauded for your ideas and your efforts.  The only way to determine what might or might not be possible is to have an idea and work it through.  Thanks to you and to everyone that is working to promote our industry.
