I think all of these entities are ripe for the marketing effort. Ultimately it is going to be the lender and the homeowner that will be purchasing the title insurance policies for refi's and sales. However, I think it is wise to market to the title companies also if only for informational purposes.
If Naltea is selecting the type of search to be performed and the identity of the abstractor from its list of preferred/approved abstractors (As most title insurers do), the threat of outsourcing to the third world is reduced. Naltea just has to try to secure its proportional share of the market.
