My main point being in the post is who is the somebody that is going to do all the work for what everyone else wants?

There is an E and O provider willing to offer a discount to Naltea members who pass the certification test, but we need the help of other members, and new members, to finish putting the final touches on the test.

I agree with you on the easier said than done, remember all the work we put in together meeting every Monday night for 2-3 hours when Naltea was being put together?  You actually came up with most of the code of regulations yourself.  The new challenges are bigger than that small group or the current small group of volunteers can handle by themselves.  We need new and current members to get involved now so this things can move forward.

The more people Naltea has helping, the faster everyone can get the benefits that they want from Naltea.
